Amazing oceanfront views and Tiki bar

The ocean views from the room were absolutely stunning, and the hotel's proximity to the beach was a major plus. However, the cleanliness was disappointing, with some rooms showing signs of neglect and maintenance issues. Staff were sometimes unhelpful, which added to the frustration during our stay.

The room was a mixed bag. The view was stunning and the ocean sounds were relaxing. However, the cleanliness didn’t match the view. I found debris from previous guests. The bathroom seemed updated, but the water pressure was inconsistent. I liked having a balcony to chill on, but it didn’t make up for the overall unkempt vibe. Could definitely use more attention to detail.

The location of Sun N Sand Resort made attending my work conference convenient, with close proximity to local attractions. The newly renovated meeting spaces were impressive, accommodating up to 250 people and equipped with modern technology that met all my business needs. The staff was efficient in managing my presentation setup, ensuring everything was in order.

The stay was delightful! We loved the spacious premiere ocean view efficiency with a full-size fridge and a clean, modern bathroom. The beach access was incredible. However, the photos did not show the worn lobby area. Would definitely return!

I stayed for 6 nights in a Premier Ocean View 2 Queen Beds with Balcony. The ocean view was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The beach access was convenient and easy. The food at the beach bar was excellent, especially the pulled pork sandwich. 🌊

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean, making my stay very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a pleasant vacation experience.

I had a wonderful time at the Sun N Sand Resort! The ocean view from my room exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the friendly staff. While the check-in process was a bit slow, it didn't overshadow my overall experience enjoying the beach access.

We had an amazing group vacation! We enjoyed two outdoor ziplines soaring 50 feet above the water, which was thrilling. Also, we caught a show at Legends In Concert, and it was fantastic! The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly. Our room was clean, and the beach access was great for our daily excursions. Definitely a fun place for friends and family alike!

One downside was the elevator situation. Out of four, only two were working during our stay, which led to some frustrating waits at times. This could be inconvenient if you're in a hurry.

This place was just a top choice for a quick stay at Myrtle Beach with decent value. The room was surprisingly nice at first glance, but it turned out filthy with roaches crawling around. If you're thinking about staying here, maybe pack some bug spray just in case.

The room was impeccably clean, nice, quiet, and comfortable with decent amenities and a well-stocked bathroom with a modern shower. Plus, the independently owned outside bar was great, too.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. sometimes.

The location was ideal, with direct beach access and a lovely bar & grill right on the property. The room was clean and comfortable, though we did encounter some bugs and inconsistent room service. Construction in the area created a less enjoyable atmosphere, especially with slippery puddles near the pool and elevators.
